今ハワイ在住の国際結婚です。離婚の話し合いが進み始めてますが、主人が私の財産を狙っています。１９９４年コンドミニアムが結婚前に父が買って私が譲り受 けました。結婚は２０００年です。[Redacted] ２００６年からは別居生活に入ってます。何処に住んでいるのか一切教えてくれませんでした。VISAの関係で日本とアジアの転々としていたようですが、ア メリカに住んでいないようです。今はタイにて2人の子供がいるようです。[Redacted]。とにかく、こんな人から、一千も取られたくないです。私の財産を守る方法はありますか？どうしたら良いのでしょうか？

First of all, Florida is a “No Fault” divorce State.  Property is divided 50-50.
With regard to pre-marital property, if there is a dispute between the two spouses, written evidence must be submitted to the court.
The husband and wife have a “mutual support” obligation.

By the same token, hiring a Hawaii divorce lawyer does not change the basics. (Note: Hawaii is also a “No Fault” divorce State)
It seems that you have to go back to the basics and make your assertions.

あれから、何も進行はしておりませんが、日本で裁判を起こすのとアメリカ（ハワイ）で行なうのでは、どちらが私には有利なんでしょうか？教えて頂きけたら幸いです。宜しくお願いします。
